Just because we can’t physically get together, doesn’t mean we can’t hang out, right? We’re so excited to announce our first Facebook Live Happy Hour, hosted by Madame Fromage AKA Tenaya Darlington! Join us on Tuesday, April 14, at 4 p.m. ET on Facebook Live, for ideas on pairing PA cheeses with local beverages, including beer, wine, cider and spirits.
Tenaya is an English professor at Saint Joseph’s University, and she serves as Cheese Director for Tria, three restaurants in Philadelphia where she curates cheese and trains staff. She is the author of Di Bruno Bros. House of Cheese, and she has co-authored three books on cocktails with her brother André Darlington, most recently, Booze and Vinyl.
