We’re back this week with a very exciting Instagram Live Q&A! On Tues., May 26, at 4 p.m. ET, we’ll be joined by Seth Arnold, the chef at Terrain Cafe in Devon. Terrain’s elegant greenhouse eatery is known for its seasonally inspired brunch, lunch, and dinner menus. Chef Arnold’s commitment to Pennsylvania producers and his focus on local ingredients are unwavering, and we’ll spend some time learning about the farmers that he works with. Using Terrain’s popular shrimp and grits dish, he’ll walk us through the provenance of each component.
We’ll also learn about the new bi-weekly Growing Roots Farmers Market hosted by Terrain at Devon Yard, with over a dozen local purveyors and a very easy pre-ordering and no-contact pick-up system!
Then, Chef will give us some tips about how to use the bounty of PA produce that’s coming up in the late spring and summer to kick our pantry meals up a notch. If you could use a little kitchen inspiration after months in quarantine, this is the Q&A for you!
