March 21 through 27, 2021 is National Ag Week, a moment at the dawning of spring to recognize and promote the importance of local agriculture in our lives. The Berks Agricultural Resource Network (B.A.R.N.) encourages you to celebrate the agricultural bounty of Berks County with a fun, interactive game that prompts exploration and engagement with your community: B.A.R.N. Bingo!

The game is easy and fun: Visit participating farms, markets, breweries and wineries to earn points as you get your special B.A.R.N. Bingo card stamped at each stop. Players will be entered into a prize drawing for a “Bountiful Berks” Basket laden with local products, freebies and deals. There is also an amazing grand prize of an Extra-Special Berks Ag Experience (details coming soon)!
Here are the rules:
- Register to play.
- Print out your B.A.R.N. Bingo board.
- Visit participating locations (see below) to get your spaces marked (and do a little local shopping while you’re at it).
- Fill in spots to get “BINGO.” Only one (B.A.R.N Logo) free space can be used per submitted BINGO board. The more locations you visit, the more points you earn. The more points you earn the more chances you have to win. The GRAND Prize winner will be drawn and announced in early April.

- Any 3 locations = 1 point
- Any 4 locations = 2 points
- Any Vertical Row (5 locations) = 3 points
- Each location you visit after that earns 2 points each!
- Earn 5 points for becoming a B.A.R.N. Member.
- Earn extra points through social media: 1 point for each for Facebook or Instagram post, sharing highlights of your Ag journey and promoting your favorite locations and products! Use the hashtag #barnbingo (and be sure the posts are public) so the game organizers can award you points! Be sure to like and follow all your favorite farms and producers.
Email a picture of your filled-out B.A.R.N. Bingo board to [email protected] by Friday, April 2, 2021. Winners will be announced the week of April 5th.
