I am a local area chef that has been working in the restaurant industry for the last 10 years. I love the idea of simple clean food, and encourage everyone to use ingredients as close to home as possible. Cooking is an organic and intimate experience; and I have a deep appreciation for the care and time it takes to produce a dish and the ingredients involved. Jean Anthelme said, "To invite people to dine with us is to make ourselves responsible for their well-being for as long as they are under our roofs."
