PA Preferred® farms and orchards produce a bevy of fresh apples every year, with over 100 varieties grown throughout the Commonwealth. Most of us have our favorites, whether it’s the tart, tender McIntosh or the sweet juicy Gala. For this recipe, find a couple of larger sized apples, such as Honeycrisp or Fuji, and bake them low and slow for delectable little cinnamon-sugar snacking chips.
These sweet chips pair beautifully with a gooey caramel dipping sauce.
