Cozy up and toast the special moments this fall and winter with a cocktail made with a sparkling Pennsylvania wine. This cranberry Bellini puts a spin on the usual peachy recipe with a warm, russet glow and tart-sweetness of cranberries and orange.
This elegant drink may look sophisticated, but it’s delightfully simple to create in less than 10 minutes. Combine cranberry jam and a bit of orange liqueur in your flute glass, then pour a sparkling PA Chardonnay wine into the glass for a bit of effervescence. Choose a dry, oaky wine or a sweet sparkler for a range of undertones. Fresh cranberries coated with sparkling sugar make a most magical garnish to top it all off. Cheers!
