Chambourcin, a hybrid red grape and Pennsylvania all-star, adds a subtle touch of dark fruit to each sip. Curl up with this grown-up hot chocolate for dessert, movie night or just because. You don’t need a reason to treat yourself.

Ingredients
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup Pennsylvania Chambourcin
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- Marshmallows, for serving, optional
Method
- Heat milk and heavy cream in saucepan over medium heat. Bring mixture to simmer.
- Reduce heat to low, and whisk in chocolate, cocoa, sugar and salt until chocolate is melted and sugar is dissolved, about 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in Chambourcin Pennsylvania Wine and vanilla.
- Divide hot chocolate evenly between serving mugs or glasses. Top each mug with marshmallows. Using a kitchen torch, toast marshmallows until lightly charred. Serve and enjoy.
