Our fourth installment of our Pennsylvania Kitchen video/recipe series was a really fun one: We welcomed two longtime friends and PA food people, Tim Mountz (Happy Cat Farm) and Chef Ryan Bloome, into the studio. Together, they made some crazy-good recipes — we are still dreaming about that baked brie — featuring products from the Kennett Square area.
