Ingredients
- 1/4 cup hazelnuts
- 1 fresh lemon
- 1 or 2 cloves garlic or shallots, minced
- 16-ounce container of 365 Everyday Value® ricotta cheese
- 1 package of 365 Everyday Value® Organic Mini Toasts
- 365 Everyday Value® Organic Mountain Forest Honey
Method
Toast and roughly chop the hazelnuts.
Add the zest and juice of one lemon, minced garlic or shallots and ricotta cheese to a bowl. Mix to combine.
Place a dollop of mixture on each mini toast and top with chopped toasted hazelnuts and a small drizzle of honey.
